Sean brings more than three decades of leadership across global banking, asset management, and family office advisory. Prior to founding Terracegate, he served as CEO of Eurizon Capital Asia, founded Interlink Asia Pacific as Chief Investment Officer, and co-founded Matchpoint Investment. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch/BlackRock, and Intesa Sanpaolo Group. His experience spans investment management, governance, and cross-border financial operations for sophisticated private clients and institutions. Sean is a graduate of Western University and holds the CFA, CA, and CPA designations. He was recognized as a Fellow of CPA Canada in 2018 and previously served as Chairman of CPA Canada for Hong Kong and Macau.

Ken specializes in building the operational infrastructure that enables family offices and investment firms to operate with confidence and precision. Before co-founding Terracegate, he served as COO of Eurizon Capital Asia, Wolver Hill Asset Management Asia, and Matchpoint Investment, leading finance, operations, and business infrastructure. Earlier, he supported UBS's cash and derivatives proprietary trading desk and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US-Hong Kong Tax Group. Ken holds a degree in Commerce and Economics from Monash University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
